Schedule pumping
Name, phone and service address are required. Two optional boxes help us price the job properly before we set off:
- Tank size — if it is on your paperwork. A guess is fine.
- Last pumped — a year, or never. Both are useful answers.
If the lid has never been located, put that in Last pumped. Finding a buried lid is a separate job and we would rather price it honestly than surprise you on the day.
Backup / overflow
Name, phone and service address, plus a short what's happening box.
Use it. One fixture or the whole house, and whether anything is surfacing in the yard — that is the difference between a same-day pump-out and a drain field call, and it decides which truck we send. Do not keep running water in the meantime.
Aerobic contract or new system
Name, phone and service address, plus a free-text details box — which is where the useful context goes.
For a maintenance contract, the things worth putting there are the system brand, whether it is currently under contract, and roughly when the last report went to the county. Do not know is a normal answer to all three and we can find out.
A lapsed contract is the most common compliance gap in this county, and it is far smaller to fix voluntarily than to explain later. What the rules require
For a sale or purchase, put the closing date and the system type — conventional, aerobic, or unknown. On acreage it is worth checking whether the system was ever permitted before the sale depends on it. The 10-acre rule
